| My favorite picture from this lucky day. One of the last unpatched SP warriors in 2012 leads a long repo train of boxcars that came off of the Modoc line, over flowering blackberry bushes at Junction City. This train had also picked up some other cars at Eugene by this point. This was my last time seeing an unpatched Southern Pacific locomotive lead a train. |
