| Nice example of a Siemens, Wegmann and Duewag light rail vehicle model U2 built in 1991. Originally designed for and used by the Frankfurt U-Bahn, the model of car was adopted for light-rail use by transit systems in Edmonton, Calgary, and San Diego. The bulk of the U2 fleet was retired in 2013 with all being gone by 1/26/2015. #1001 has been preserved as an historical vehicle. No photographer was listed. |
