The KCS train dispatcher has lined southbound loaded Martin Lake coal train CKCSH24 into the siding at De Queen after advising the crew that two coal loads located ten cars from the rear would have to be set out to "Four Track" in the small De Queen Yard. The cars had separated twice so the decision was made to set both of them out here. BNSF ES44AC 5909, KCSM AC4400CW 4509, and KCS SD70ACe 4051 are on the head end while BNSF SD70ACe 9382, KCS SD70ACe 4159, and KCS SD70ACe 4032 shove on the rear of this 134-car train. Needless to say, the grade crossings and the De Queen and Eastern interlocking in town will be blocked for a considerable amount of time. |
