Flavio Simoes General This locomotive was a DPU on a mining train that backed out of control after the train's head locomotives were cut and advanced for the driver to speak to traffic control. and was unable to hold the capacity, returning back and reaching more than 100 km/h, colliding with another train that was in the rear with the locos 3426 and 7240, luckily the driver of the second train managed to escape the locomotive in time 1/29/2025 12:23:18 PM
