| A rare morning movement by the Wheeling and Lake Erie in Connellsville on CSX. Also unusual is how quickly CSX allowed them to come in and use the yard. On the other end was the W&LE 6350. W&LE 3067 was built as UP 3067 in November 1966. Later became Oxford 3067. Acquired by W&LE all the way back in 1992 and rebuilt in 1999. |
