| Here is where the Chicago Great Western main line once crossed the Northfield-Red Wing (today Northfield-Cannon Falls) line. To the right is the site of the first depot the CGW had here. Behind the power pole in the left background is where the Milwaukee Road's competing Red Wing-Northfield branch once was located. There sure is a lot of Minnesota railroad history here in Randolph. |
