Former Erie Lackawanna MU in storage at the Steamtown yards. Originally built as a locomotive hauled coach by Pullman in 1920, it was rebuilt as an MU trailer for service on the DL&W electrified Morris & Essex lines in New Jersey. The faded red and white paint scheme was from New Jersey Transit in an effort to make the equipment appear newer prior to the M&E reelectrification and addition of newer Arrow III MUs into service. |
