| The Cooperstown and Charlotte Valley Railroad, over the last two years, has been operating extras into downtown Cooperstown to drum up community support for the railroad to return its operations to downtown Cooperstown as opposed to its current terminus at the Cooperstown Gateway Center. Volunteer Brian Panaro has just flagged the train across State Highway 28 and is riding the caboose to its final destination. |
