Description:  While visiting the Wabash Valley RR Museum, a pair of locos rolled past us on the way to a CSX yard north of the museum. Later, I found out that these were loaner locos for the Decatur & Easter RR, part of the larger Watco organization. I caught the pair from the viewing stand at the Wabash Valley RR Museum which is next to the former C&EI mainline, now a CSX property.
