Title:
LACTMA 301 on Garvanza Viaduct
Description:
Where The Super Chief and El Capitan once rolled, now Los Angeles Metro Rail Gold Line trains glide by. The Garvanza Viaduct sits at the western end of the former Santa Fe's Second District and carries the tracks over the Arroyo Seco and the Pasadena Freeway (fka the Arroyo Seco Parkway). Unfortunately, as you can see, the city has determined that the bridge should be hemmed in by trees, making it extremely difficult to photograph any trains on it anymroe.
