Here is page two of an eight-page article by Fred Westing entitled "The Great Days of Steam and the Glory of Pennsy Pacifics." It was published originally in the March 1965 issue of "Railroad" magazine, page 22. Top Photo: Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3751, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during April of 1920 and retired in November of 1957. Bottom Photo: Shown here (L to R) are PRR engines #3770 and #3684. Both are K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacifics" built in Juniata. #3770 was built during June of 1920 and retired in November of 1948, while #3684 was built during July of 1918 and retired in May of 1954.
